This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to imagineLabs, a local business operated under the personal name of its owner, and the Sinaï mobile application (“Services”). In the future, this may include imagineLabs LLC once established. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services.

2. Data Collection

2.1 Types of Data Collected

• Personal Data: We collect the following types of personal data:
  • Images you submit to the AI within the app.
  • Your email address.
  • Your username.
  • Your phone number.
  • Localization data when signing up or changing your phone number.
  • Face Images you upload with the FaceBlend feature (“Face Data”)

2.2 Tracking Technologies

• We collect localization data to enhance the user experience and for security purposes. We do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.

3. Use of Your Personal Data

We may use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Services.
• To manage your account and user experience.
• To contact you with updates, security notices, and other relevant information.
• For potential business transfers or changes in ownership.
• To comply with legal obligations.
• Account Verification: We collect and verify your phone number during account registration to enforce our limits on free AI image generations. This measure prevents users from creating multiple accounts to bypass our usage policies, protecting our systems from abuse and ensuring fair, sustainable service access for all users.

3.1 SMS Verification Consent

By registering to our Services, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number you provide. These messages are used solely for verification purposes to secure your account.

Face Images (FaceBlend)

We use Face Data only to generate images you request. We never analyse it for biometric identifiers, train our models with it, or use it for advertising or analytics.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your data with third parties under the following circumstances:

• With Service Providers and Advertisers: To facilitate service provision and for targeted advertising.
• For Legal Compliance: To comply with legal obligations or in response to lawful requests by public authorities.
• For Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We do not share Face Data with any third party.

5. Retention of Data

We will retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated data except for any generated images, which may be retained for analytical or operational purposes.

Face Data from free accounts is deleted automatically within 24 hours. For premium accounts it remains in your personal cloud storage until you delete it, cancel your premium subscription (after a 3-month grace period during which cloud access is still available), or delete your account, after which it is permanently erased.

6. International Data Transfers

Although we do not currently transfer data internationally, should this change, we will ensure compliance with applicable legal standards, including GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses and other necessary safeguards.

7. Data Security

We secure your personal data using commercially reasonable security measures. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Face Images: The photos are processed on encrypted servers and are never shared with third parties.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete those informations.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, especially through advertising. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

10. Compliance with Regional Laws

10.1 Europe & California

We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations. This includes giving users in these regions the rights to access, delete, and control their personal data.

10.2 Israel

As our company is located in Israel, we also comply with relevant local data protection laws.

11. User Rights and Requests

Users have the right to access and delete their personal data. To do so, users must delete their accounts via the mobile app. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be removed from our databases.

We may update this Policy as needed to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
